USPS Priority Shipping or USPS first class. Monday – Friday, excluding holidays; please let me know if you’d like to add any upgrades; faster delivery, insurance, or signature required.
All in stock orders are usually shipped the next business day after the payment has been cleared (the payment may take 3-5 days to get cleared but sometimes much sooner). Made-to-order/ custom orders usually takes 2-4 weeks BEFORE shipping, but it depends on the item and quantity. If you have a specific date in mind you can contact me and I will do my best to prioritize to meet your date.
**If you would like your item(s) shipped via UPS or FedEx there will be extra charges because their charges are higher, or if you wish to add extra insurance please contact me prior to placing your order so that I can add the price of shipping according to the item you are purchasing.**
I ship Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays. Insurance is not included in the price, but it can be added on. I highly recommend insuring your package as I am NOT responsible for loss or damage caused by the post office.
You will be notified with a tracking number when the item has shipped.
I am not responsible for lost packages and I cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise, I am not responsible for missing packages.

Insurance:
For all gold and diamond items you must purchase extra postal insurance enough to cover the price of the items…for all other items insurance is not required but highly recommended! The insurance rate is quite reasonable.

Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be thrilled with your purchase, however, if a return or exchange is necessary please email me at nb@nataliebarat.com so that I know to expect it. I will gladly accept your returned items for exchange or credit within 14 days after you received the item.
The returned jewelry must be in unworn and in original condition and returned within its original packaging. If returning an item to Natalie Barat Design, you are required to ship it back with tracking/delivery confirmation and with insurance. I will confirm the arrival of your returned item once it has been delivered to me.
**PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ITEM(S) YOU ARE PURCHASING ARE CORRECT SIZE AND FEEL FREE TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS PRIOR TO PURCHASE.
** Custom-made orders and Made-to-order items are NON Refundable.
** Shipping is NON-Refundable, the free shipping items price of shipping will be reduced if item is returned.
***Please do not return anything until you have cleared it with me FIRST.***
**NO Refund at all; but under certain circumstances you can exchange an item. You will be responsible for the return shipping and new shipping of the exchanged item plus any extra cost if the item is higher in price than the original one you purchased.
**Please note if you damage your jewelry piece, break a chain, loose an earring or a stone/pearl, I am not responsible for fixing or replacing it, however I will be glad to do so for an additional cost.**
ALSO all the cord jewelry, if the cord comes loose, breaks or get old with normal use I am glad to replace the cord but it will cost up to $65 to re-cord your bracelet, ring or necklace that is made with a silk cord. for example all the open heart pieces that are on cords.
Custom sized rings and custom items: Unfortunately, these specially made items cannot be returned for any reason.

Please be advised that Natalie is not responsible for wear and tear or misuse of your previously purchased jewelry pieces; however, Natalie will gladly try to repair your pieces if at all possible for a fee. (the cost of repairs are dependent on the pieces).
