Since the pandemic is still going pretty strong with no end in sight, I enjoy getting out in the nature occasionally or getting out to the pool for some exercise and relaxation. After a long while of staying home to prevent from Covid-19 we can all go a little stir crazy. I didn’t mind it as much as some people I spoke with because I am more used to doing solo projects, like when I create my jewelry or do painting or work on websites, I am working alone for hours on end and I don’t mind it and I am quite comfortable with my own company.

Getting out in the nature also provides the much needed vitamin D that is so useful for the mood shifting as well as for your whole well being and bones too.

Next time you are wondering what to do, try an outdoor activity either with a friend, family or go out on an adventure on your own. Serenity now, insanity later.
